These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Cabaji platform and all its services. "Cabaji", "we", and "our" refer to the Cabaji online gaming platform. "You", "user", and "player" refer to any individual registered on or intending to register with Cabaji.
1. General Terms
Cabaji is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. To use this platform, the following basic requirements must be met:

2. Account Registration & Verification
To open an account on Cabaji, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete information is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account termination.

KYC Verification
Cabaji follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. Prior to withdrawal, or for transactions exceeding a specified limit, you may be required to submit one of the following documents:
- National ID Card (NID) — clear photos of both sides
- Passport — photo of the data page
- Driving License
- Utility bill (for proof of address, issued within the last 3 months)
Withdrawals may be limited until KYC verification is complete. The verification process typically takes 24–48 hours.

One Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit: BDT 500.
- Deposits are generally instant — within 2 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
- Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- Once KYC verification is complete, withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
- Cabaji may temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity.
- Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus balance can be withdrawn.
Anti-Money Laundering Policy
Cabaji strictly adheres to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies. If any unusual or suspicious transactions are detected, the account in question may be temporarily suspended for investigation.
4. Bonus & Promotion Terms
Cabaji's various bonuses and promotions offer great opportunities for players. However, each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.
Wagering Requirements
You must wager your bonus a set number of times before it can be withdrawn — this is called a wagering requirement. For example, a BDT 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place BDT 20,000 in bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
General Bonus Terms
- Each offer can only be used once (per person/household/device/IP).
- Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
- Bonuses may only apply to specific games or betting categories.
- Cabaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
Referral Bonus
To receive a referral bonus, the referred person must open a new account and make a successful deposit. The same person cannot claim referral bonuses on multiple accounts.
5. Betting Rules & Regulations
Specific rules apply to participating in Sports Betting and casino games on Cabaji. All players are required to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Sports Betting
- Bets cannot be cancelled once accepted, except in certain exceptional circumstances.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be refunded.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Cabaji reserves the right to void the affected bet.
- Betting involving match-fixing or the use of insider information is prohibited and subject to penalties.
Casino Games
- All games are RNG-certified and independently audited.
- Any winnings resulting from a technical error will be considered void.
- Game-specific limits may apply.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Cabaji platform. Violating these Terms & Conditions may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited.
Attempting to exploit loopholes in bonus structures for abnormal profit constitutes bonus abuse. The bonus and all associated winnings will be voided.
Using automated bots, hacking tools, VPN abuse, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Detection may result in legal action.
Using the Cabaji platform for money laundering or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Such activities will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Allowing anyone under 18 to use your Cabaji account is strictly forbidden. If proven, the account will be closed and all balances forfeited.
7. Privacy & Data Protection

9. Account Closure & Termination
You can close your Cabaji account at any time. Simply email our support team and your account will be closed within 24 hours. Please withdraw any remaining balance before requesting closure.

Cabaji may close or suspend your account under the following circumstances:
- Any violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Fraudulent or Deceptive Activity
- Registration with False Information
- Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
- For legal or regulatory reasons
10. Changes & Updates
Cabaji reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. We will notify you via your registered email or mobile number before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
- For significant changes, at least 7 days' prior notice will be given.
- If you disagree with the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account.
